I love wearing it in public and encourage any other woman to wear it in public too. But guys with partners you have a role to play too, (more on that later).

How do I define the fetish for wearing skimpy clothes in public?

Well it’s fairly simple, it’s the wearing of garments that will expose more of your flesh than the present day fashion normally allows. We are NOT talking here, clothes that can be used for flashing. The art and I do genuinely think it’s an art of flashing one’s body is separate from the wearing of slut wear. Flashing is about overtly or subtle exposing a part of your body for an intended audience. Some people are very good at this, I don’t think I am. There is an art to it.
The wearing of skimpy/tart/slut wear in public is a different game altogether. It’s about the deliberate choosing of an outfit without the need for an under garment worn in an environment where if you are viewed by others they will see an exposed boob, pubes, bottom or unusual exposure of length of leg or thigh irrespective of the fact that you wanted them to see you or not.

So let’s have a list of examples:

Sheer blouse: Beginner (skin tone matching bra) Intermediate (skin tone match, no bra); Expert (contrasting blouse no bra), bracketed score for examples below.
Sheer blouse with heavy pattern, or sheer blouse which is clear or plain
Lace/crochet top
String or crochet vest
Sheer top which normally an over garment.
See through dress or shorts
A dress jacket, no clothes beneath.
A low plunging dress
Wrap around blouse with 'spillage'
A pair of wide braces to a mini skirt or trousers’
Micro mini skirt
Hot pants or shorts, perhaps with stockings and suspenders underneath.
See through trousers or trousers with a lace panel.
Obviously tarty/slut shoes, you all know the type.
Costume Jewellery will add to the image, for example, slightly over the top ankle chains. Or if your pierced like me, then I do wear very dangly pieces of jewellery to sparkle below my sheer top.
Party dress from a sex shop or an internet outlet like Leg Avenue, (just Google it and go to their short and long dress section). I would suggest the wearing of one of these types of garment would be for the expert tart wearer, but it can be done and has in fact actually been done by me and some of my friends.

Note, this and several other companies, have been in business for several years, and you would assume that they are making a profit, so someone else apart from me are buying their products. So why are they remaining just in the bedroom as opposed to being worn for a nice meal on a dinner date out.

Now you guys with an interest in this, have your role to play. Don’t just leave it up to your partner to find a suitable outfit. Buy something you would like to see us wear. Internet shopping is ideal for this.
If as a couple this is your first time, don’t go from Zero to Naked otherwise a bad experience will be a possible resulting in a permanent ban and ringing negative message in your ear, “I tried that once and I won’t be doing that again”.
Patience. If your partner does wear that dress or top but with an initial caution, but is up for a possibility in the evening, it’s because we women are scanning the area that we are in for safety, "reaction tolerance" and an escape route" (lol). At the venue, once we have possible consumed a drink or two and with suitable encouragement, we may pop to the toilets and remove that bra before coming back to the dinner table table or the bar booth.
Just have patience.

Try these starter locations:
The cinema
A quiet restaurant or bar.
Lovers’ lane.
Restaurants on holidays (hell, we've had our tits on display all day around the pool or the beach).
Hotel. Late evening entertainment sessions.
Darkened theatre shows.
Public transport perhaps late at night.
Library.
Clothes Store.
Shoe Shop.
Rush hour train; starter. (If you are an intermediate or a veteran, then a morning train).
Odd one, but a flight on a plane, the audience once your partner has removed the cardigan in her seat is limited. (Unless of course you have deliberately got her an aisle seat).
The back garden on a summer’s day.
Dogging site.
Here are a list for the more experienced of us if we are looking for something of a challenge. These may be deemed a bit wacky but they are still fun.
A D.I.Y superstore on a busy Sunday, (the funny reactions you get from the amateur builders in their overalls and their wives in their frumpy tracksuits). I wore a white blouse tied at the bottom no buttons done. Belly button exposed. A micro mini green and white kilt, bare legs and black high heel mules. Gosh the nudges and nods I got as I walked around with my tin of paint was hilarious.
